"Morpheus" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a dream symbol exploration tool that uses cultural symbolism, tarot mapping, MBTI compass, and other frameworks to help users understand their dreams from different perspectives.

2. Nature of the Service

Morpheus is a space for dream appreciation — we explore your dreams together through the lens of cultural symbols, mythological stories, and tarot imagery, looking for interesting scenes and clues within them. This is a journey of reading your own dreams, not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and not any form of clinical service.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Email, Google, or LINE. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each user is limited to one account; creating multiple accounts to obtain free readings is prohibited. Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended.

4. Acceptable Use

When using this Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service's prompts, interpretation engine, or algorithms
• Use automated tools to access the Service at scale
• Rely on the Service's interpretations as the basis for medical, legal, or professional decisions
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious

5. Payment and Refunds

The Service offers free readings and paid reading packs. All payments are processed through Stripe. Reading packs are non-refundable once purchased; however, if a system failure causes an interpretation to fail, we will restore the corresponding readings.

6. Intellectual Property

The interface design, prompt architecture, interpretation framework, and related technology of this Service are the property of the Service. Dream content you submit remains yours; we use it only within the scope of providing the Service.

7. Voice Input Feature

The Service offers an optional voice input feature that sends audio recordings to the Google Gemini API for automatic transcription. By using this feature, you agree that:

• Audio files will be sent to Google's servers for processing and deleted in accordance with Google's API Terms of Service
• Voice transcription results may be inaccurate, particularly with accents, dialects, or dream-specific vocabulary
• Morpheus is not responsible for interpretation discrepancies caused by transcription errors; please review the transcription before submitting
• If you do not consent to audio being sent to Google, please use text input instead

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its interpretations. AI-generated content may contain errors or inappropriate interpretations. Users should exercise their own judgment regarding the value of any interpretation. The Service shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
