1. What Data We Collect

Account Data:

• Email address (when registering via Email)
• Name, profile picture (when signing in via Google or LINE, provided by the respective platform)
• MBTI test results

Usage Data:

• Dream content and associations you enter
• When using voice input, audio recordings (sent to Google Gemini for transcription and deleted immediately; not stored on Morpheus servers)
• AI-generated interpretations
• Usage count records

Technical Data:

• IP address (used for abuse prevention)
• Browser fingerprint (anonymized, used to prevent multi-account abuse)
• Payment transaction records (processed through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Service Delivery: Your dream content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for interpretation; results are stored in your dream journal
• Personalization: Your MBTI data is used to generate personalized dream compass analysis
• Trend Analysis: Symbols, tarot, and suit data are extracted from your interpretations to display your personal dream trends
• Abuse Prevention: IP addresses and browser fingerprints are used to prevent multi-account registration
• Payment Processing: Transaction data is sent to Stripe for payment processing

3. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party services to process your data:

Voice input is an optional feature. When using text input, no audio files are sent or processed.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored in an encrypted database located in Taiwan (GCP asia-east1)
• Passwords are stored using irreversible hashing (scrypt); we cannot read your password
• All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS
• Dream content is processed through the Anthropic API; per Anthropic's API Terms of Use, API input data is not used for model training

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export: Request an export of your dream journal data

6. Cookies

The Service uses session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Browser fingerprints are used solely for abuse prevention, not for advertising.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Policy Changes

Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. We will notify you by email in the event of significant changes.
